We recommend you reserve your lodging as soon as possible, as our block of rooms is limited and on a first come, first served basis. Rooms may sell out and/or room rates may increase.
We have reserved a block of rooms with group rates in the following hotels:
• Grand Majestic Plaza hotel (meeting venue)
• Elephant Hotel (5 minutes walking distance from the venue)
• Grandior Hotel (5 minutes walking distance from the venue)

Rooms in our block will be released on February 14, 2015 and will only be available after that date on a space and rate available basis. Reserve early as rooms may sell out before the release date.

Hotel Policies
• At check-in, the hotel requires a credit or debit card or cash as extras guarrantee.
• Parking is complimentary
• Check-in time is 15:00 and check out time is 12:00. Any departures after 12:00 are subject to the full day charge. If you check-in prior to 15:00, an early check-in fee may apply.
• Hotel cancellations must be made directly with us maximum 2 weeks before arrival, or you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the accommodation fee.

Cancellation Policies
• Conference cancellations must be confirmed in writing and a 10% of paid tuition processing fee will be assessed. No refunds will be made if cancellation is postmarked after February 14, 2015.
• All cancellations must be made in writing to us (via email or mail) and postmarked by the dates stated above
• In the unlikely event of conference cancellation byus, full tuition and, if reservation was made with us, hotel deposit refunds will be made. We will not be responsible for refunding travel or any other expenses.

We can provide airport transfers for special price 28 EUR/ride.
Estimated taxi fare: 35–40 EUR/ride.
